Experiencing problems with credit card payment?

We are sorry that you are having issues with payment. Please verify that all information entered is accurate and that the address matches the card information.

If the problem persists, please reach out to your financial institution to see if there is a precautionary measure on your bank card. Sometimes banks limit certain purchases.

Our credit card transactions are all transacted through Stripe.  In their troubleshooting they offer this as an explanation:
  • Is it a debit card?   Some debit cards require a PIN to be entered. If your customer is trying to use one of these cards, they will need to use another card to make the purchase.

  • Does it have cross-border restrictions?   Some cards have restrictions on cross-border usage. If the card was issued in a country other than where your business is located (found in the   origin   field when you view the details of the payment), this could be the problem. In this case, your customer should contact their bank to see if they have this restriction, and if so, if it can be removed.

  • Is it an HSA or FSA card ?   Some cards, such as corporate cards or FSA cards, can only be used for certain business categories such as travel or healthcare. If your customer indicates that their card might only be available for certain business categories and it should work for your business.

If none of these resolve the issue, please try using another form of payment.  We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
