Microphone troubleshooting

As of right now, a pop-up window should show on your device of choice, asking you to allow access to your mic. Please troubleshoot and check the following:

  1. Make sure you allow the permission for microphone on the pop up window.
  2. Make sure your device is up to date and running the latest version.
  3. If you discard or block the pop-up window, please reload the page to have your device ask you the question again.

If the pop window is not showing up:

  1. Make sure the browser settings on your device have the microphone active.
  2. Make sure the mic is in the "ON" position. The PWA works on Explorer, Safari, Chrome or Firefox browsers, we do find that Chrome has the best response, for all devices.
  3. Make sure you try alternate browsers to see which works best with your device.
  4. If latency exists, make sure that you are not running multiple programs/windows/tabs/apps, this can slow the RAM of your system, causing it to pause and/or run slow.

On mobile and desktop open the browser to load the website , then log in and access to the exercises . A pop-up will be shown asking to access to your microphone, click allow and your microphone will be activated.

All the videos and exercises will need a few seconds to load, please be patient.

All of these issues must be sorted in order to truly get the best experience. We diligently test our program on all platforms and have them running properly on our systems. If your device is still not responding and the pop up window is not showing, please contact your devices carrier and make sure you know exactly how to allow permissions for the mic and the browser to work properly.
