System Troubleshooting

System Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with the doing the exercises on our system, we recommend the following posible solutions:
  1. Use headphones with Desktop, Mobile and VR. The headphones prevent the system to hear you and the sample audio provided at the same time.
  2. If on mobile device and/or VR headset, is it sufficiently charged?  The optimal battery percentage should be greater than 20 percent. Some devices enter battery saving mode that has decreased performance.
  3. Check our Microphone troubleshooting guide.
  4. The PWA works on Explorer, Safari, Chrome or Firefox browsers, we do find that Chrome has the best response, for all devices.

Always remember consistency is key!
