PWA Troubleshooting guide

To ensure your system is optimized, follow these steps:
  1. Delete your browser cache in mobile and desktop devices.
  2. Make sure that you have the latest version of your device’s operating system. (For information on your device, please go to the settings and help on your device’s servicer).
  3. Make sure you allow permission for the microphone on the pop-up window.
  4. Make sure your device is up to date and running the latest version as well as the latest version of our PWA .
  5. If you discard or block the pop-up window, please reload the page to have your device ask you the question again.
  6. Make sure the browser settings on your device have the microphone active.
  7. Make sure the mic is in the "ON" position. The PWA  works on Explorer, Safari, Chrome or Firefox browsers, we do find that “Chrome” has the best response, for all devices.  
  8. Make sure you try alternate browsers to see which works best with your device.
  9. If latency exists, make sure that you are not running multiple programs/ windows/ tabs/apps, this can slow the RAM of your system, causing it to pause and/or run slow.
  10. On mobile and desktop open the Safari browser to load the website.
  11. Delete your browser cache in mobile and desktop devices.

**Please Note: if there is an antivirus on your desktop blocking pop-up windows, it must be disabled in order to access the pop-up window and allow the permissions.  Also,  All the videos and exercises will need a few seconds to load, please be patient.
For iOS users
Use the Safari browser to load the website voixtek.com

Make sure you allow permission for the microphone on the pop-up window when trying the exercises.
